Should there be blood in my vomit associasted with Hernia?

I don't know if I have a hernia or not, but I've noticed that on that rare occasion that I do vomit after eating that there are tiny blood spots. I'm very worried about it and wondered if it could be associated with a hernia. Any ideas?
