Does anyone have any input on BCBS of North Dakota/Comp Choice?

Just wondering how hard it is to get approved with BCBS. I don't have any serious health problems right now. Diabetes and Heart problems run in my family. I am 25 years old, 5'5 and weigh 254 lbs.
