Still vomiting after 4.5 months

I am 4.5 months post op and I still can't keep anything down. My Gastro Dr said I had muscle spasms so he gave me Botox injections. I had 2 endoscopies and nothing was found except the spasms. When does this stage end Or what can I do to stop the vomiting??
