Has ayone ever used Blue Cross Major Risk (CA) for insurance for the WLS?

Has anyone had experience using MRMIP (California Major Risk Medical Insurance Program) in California? If so was did it approve a WLS? Please respond or e-mail me @ [email protected]. Thanks
