I'm 9 months post-op and just got a positive test result. How safe is this?

I'll be 9 months post-op Open RNY and 1 week post-op Lap Gallbladder surgery and just took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. I know there are a lot of women who became pregnant sooner after their surgery than this but are there those who were 9 months out who had serious complications with their pregnancy? I'm excited yet scared to death at the same time. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much for your support.
