Is leg pain normal

I woke up this morning with my left calf hurting. With my history of clotting I went right in to the doctor. I was sent to the hospital for ultra sound. Every thing looks good. I also went for blood tests but don't know from them yet. Anyone else ever experience this. I don't know if I trust the results of the scan. It feels like former bloodclots.
