How long before your safe from developing a herrnia or gall blader problem?

HI I WAS JUST WONDERING IF I AM OUT OF THE WOODS FOR A HERRNIA OR GALL BLADER PROBLEM. I AM 6 MONTHS OUT AND DOWM 80 POUNDS (235 TO START) I ALSO WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW I CAN GET TO "POUCH RULES FOR DUMMIES" THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP.
