Does anyone know of a great PCP that is WLS friendly near Modesto, Turlock or Tracy?

I have a endocrinologist but not a PCP. My endo is too busy and will not be available to help after surgery if problems should arrise. I need a PCP in the central valley area. I live in Patterson but am willing to drive to Turlock, Modesto, Tracy ect. Thanks!
