Any tips to boost energy level and protein intake?
#1) I am about 3 weeks post op and down 20 pounds or so. I am having a tough time finding sources of protein that don't make me sick. Soy, whey, bars - I've tried them all but nothing is working. Are there any pill forms of protein? Any suggestions? #2) What can I do to boost my energy level? I feel like I'm about to pass out at walking or even working the full day (at a sit down job). Any advice on how to boost energy levels? I've even tried to work out and needed help to my car afterwards. Sad and funny ...but true.
