I have an area that is tender to the touch and stomach pain

The area is about 1 inch from my scar, around where I think my pouch sits. I have had pain for 2 days now and if I touch the area it is sore as well. Any ideas? I also have a cold and was blaming the pain on post nasal drip upsetting my tummy. Wendy RNY 10/29 259/183/145
