Does anyone know if the insurance petition for congress is still open for signatures?

Several months ago an AMOS member had a link to a petition to fill out for WLS. It would essentially make insurance automatically cover WLS. I would love to pass this information on to my support group on Wednesday night. If you may know if the petition is still open or not, please let me know. I have my flyers ready to go for tomorrow evening. Thanks for any help. ~K~
