Can I be eating too little??

I use fitday.com and my calorie tally is about 350-500 a day. I am doing mostly protein and hardly any carbs and very low fat. Getting 60-70 grams of protein and 70 ounces of water a day but have not lost a ounce in 2 weeks. I had open RNY october 29th.I am feeling better then I have in years, no lack of energy. And I have lost 51lbs.
