Does anyone try to PURPOSELY

It seems like I can't have a BM unless if I eat something "bad". I can go 5-7 days without a BM (sorry to be gross!!) unless if I eat something a little sugary. I don't really like oatmeal, but if I have some with raisins in the morning, it's the only thing that gets me GOING! The only thing is that it makes my heart pound and I get a little feverish and have to rest for a few minutes.. I wish there were some other way, if anyone has any advice?
