I need to find a doctor

I have Medicare as primary insurance with a supplement that covers 100% of what medicare doesn't. I am being denied at some places for that reason. Another place has denied me because I am 66 though I am fairly healthy and active and my family doctor thinks I would do alright. Another doctor who accepts the medicare will not operate because I am subject to blood clots but I have a Greenfield filter in place. I need this surgery due to severe arthritis and degenerate disc desease. Is there any doctor in MICHIGAN that would accept me? I read on the message board that it is safe as long as I have the filter inserted.
