Losing alot of weight pre-op

I can loose weight but cannot keep it off, have yoyo'd a few times 100 lbs. I am going thru the process of rny and my consultation is next month. If my surgery is 5 or so months away and I loose 50 lbs. or so will they reject my surgery?
