Are there any good doctors and hospitals in Michigan that accept Medicare

I have tried four places in Michogan so far to find out if I could have surgery. The first doctor quit because of so many restrictions by the hospital.Ypislanti won't accept me because Iam 66. The third doctor and hospital accepted medicare but said I am too big a risk due to two blood clots I had after surgeries. It is an inherited gene. I have a Green- field filter in place for the last three years. I called Grand Haven and they won't accept Medicare even though I have a supplement insurance. Are there any hospitals and good doctors in Michigan that deal with Medicare and high risk patients.
