Alot of pain on my left side

when I sneeze or turn. It hurts bad. Does anyone know why?This pain started last week, my 6th week post op, and seemed to get better (like a dull burning) and then I sneezed and oh the pain. Now it is so bad I dont know what to do! I called my doctor office twice and they still have not called back. It is to the left side about two or three inches under my breast. What would be causing this and what do I do?
