Anyone with PacifiCare HMO been approved for Tummy Tuck, etc.

I'm having WLS at the end of this month with Aetna, but we're having to switch insurance companies beginning next year. We have to go with PacifiCare HMO and I'm not sure if they pay for tummy tucks, etc. If they do, what is the criteria for approval. As anyone been successful securing approval?
