Diffrence in BMI and Weight loss calculator

Those of you trying to find out why you are not losing. This is great...Go to Map at top of WLS site..then click on SITE MAP then look for General Tools..you will find BMI calculator..and WEIGHT LOSS calculator. This will help you to see how much food you need to cut down on or how to exercise instead...you have a choice when you get to a point of no loss...eat less or exercise more...I can't say it works for everyone...I can only say its worth a try!!!
