Pain under breasts while standing?

Yesterday I started feeling a really sharp pain right underneath my breasts, kinds in the middle of my rib cage right where it starts. There is no lump, but it feels like there should be. Then when I lay down, it's ok. Got up this morning and it is back. If I lay down it goes away, stand up and feel the sharp pain. Anyone know what this could be??? Surgery May 9, 2002 down 50lbs. On a big plateau right now.
