Is there any yearly nationwide conference for post ops?

If not let's put one together. I think we could make it pretty inexpensive. I would love to go to a conference with thousands of post ops from all over the country. We could set up some speakers, and I am sure that we could get sponsors. Does anyone else like this idea?
