What are my chances of approval after appeal b/c of low BMI?

Aetna denied my claim because they said my BMI was too low (it's 38). I have appealed and sent letters that were not sent with my original paperwork. They detail my degenerative disk disease and pregnancy related problems (gestational diabetes, pre-term labor, etc.). Are these considered strong enough for approval this time around? I am just dying to have this surgery and want my answers now! I hate waiting!
