Are there any lightweights out there that did not have problems with loose skin?

My doctor says that I am a "lightweight" LOL, I am 31 years old 5'9" and weigh 268lbs. I have a BMI of 40.7 so I just barely made the cut off for the surgery. Is there anyone out there with similar dimensions that could tell me if they had problems with loose skin post-op.
