Does everyone have loose skin after the surgery?

I am 31 years old 5'9" tall and 268 pounds. A couple of years ago I lost 70 pounds, only to gain it back again. I didn't have any loose skin then. Does the rapid weight loss make it more of a problem. Also does anyone have pictures of tummy tucks?
