Has anyone in NC been approved for WLS that has Primary Physician Care insurance?

I live in southern WV, but the company I work for here is based in NC and that is where their insurance company is based as well. I talked to the insurance company today and my impression is that they are going to give me a hard time approving my WLS. I was wondering if there was anyone who lived in NC that has insurance through Primary Physician Care or knows someone who does? If you're post-op or pre-op and got approved through them please let me know what you did to get it done. I'm really serious about having the WLS done because my health depends on it. Anyone with any information please let me know. Thank you very much.
