Anyone have plastic surgery approved with UHC Select POS of Pa.?

I'm still pre-op but thinking ahead. How hard is it to get plastic surgery (not just TT) approved by UHC. I work for AT and T Western Pa. if anyone else has ATandT UHC Select POS I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
