I need a surgeon, in OK, who takes Vocational Rehabilitation?

i have been approved for surgery and funding through my states(OK) department of vocational rehabilitation. noone in my state has done it this way so there are few connection. they are having trouble locationg a surgeon who will do this for the rate they are willing to pay. i am willing to travel out of state. if anyone can help me at all, i would greatly appreciate it. thank you for your time
