Do we share an employer?

Do any of you work for Aramark Educational Resources? If you do, will you share your information regarding AETNA and AER's policy on surgery? I have been researching surgery for 6 months--this included calling AETNA all the time!!! Any information or tips would be greatly appreciated!!!!!
