Hi there, I have never posted before but am wondering what advice you can offer..

I am 4 weeks post-op from lap RNY and am having a difficult time getting my water and protein in. I take my vitamins in the morning and that seems to fill me up to where I can't eat any breakfast. I take a 2 L bottle to work every day and drink it all over a 10 hr day. Lunch is usually oatmeal or something similiar (usually 5 bites). Between all the water I'm supposed to drink, it seems like I have no room for food. This concerns me, I know I'm not getting enough protein or calories to even maintain life! How do you stay hydrated AND get 60 grams or more or protein?
