Does anyone have any experience with Anthem Blue Cross and B lue Sheild of Ky.

I am ready to begin the process of looking into surgery. I have Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Sheild Option Advandtage 2000 PPO. Has anyone had any experience with this insurer? Any advice?
