I am six weeks post op and all of a sudden I can gulp fluids. It started last night

and I am wondering why. I am not complaining because now I can finally get in the fluids that I need, but I am wondering why one minute I have to sip or my stomach will hurt and the next minute I can gulp? Weird huh?
