What happens with aftercare when I change insurance?

I already had Open RNY surgery, but now my husbands company is changing from Oxford insurance to Aetna. I was wondering if my post op care will be considered pre existing? Also would Aetna still pay for a Tummy Tuck after I lose all of my weight if medically necessary? I am confused about all of this.
