My wife has sent in her application

My wife Jen mailed her paperwork the other day. Now she has been in the hospital lately for a whole battery of tests and had pneamonia. Now since we know what pre op test our surgeon requires and nearly all of them she has had I suggested we take her test results and doctors reports along for her first visit. By that time all her doctors can have sent her test results and recomendations and unless some strange issue comes up her pre op testing would be complete. Does taking all this along on the first visit sound like a good idea? Incidently ALL her doctors are supportive of surgery and are asking when it will occur.
