I have reached a pateau, I eat what I am supposed to,and stll the scale isn't moving

I am 71/2 weeks post op.....I eat what I am supposed to, I have 3-4 bowel movements a day, and still the scale doesn't move,,,there can't be any thing left inside me,,,,I hear about people that cheat and still lose weight, what am I supposed to do?
