Help with Univera

I have been denied by Univera and am starting to work on my appeal. I was wondering if anyone has this insurance company and been through the appeal process with them..If so what kind of experience did you have and did you get approval after the appeal? I was denied for not having enough co morbidities. Thanks ..Cori
