Is there anyone with Aetna HMO who is employed by a public school district in GA?

I was told that we are still managed by State and that they do not fund WLS, yet Aetna's policy states that Aetna does, unless their is an exclusion. Who takes precedent? If you are a GA teacher let me know how your experience went. skinny1inside.hotmail.com
