Has anyone had WLS surgery at San Jacinto Methodist in Baytown?

I am having an open RNY @ San Jacinto Methodist in Baytown, Texas and I have a Cigna PPO. I called about pre-registering and I was told I would have to put up 20% of my hospital fees before surgery. Has anyone had surgery there and had to do this?? I spoke to (2) different people at Cigan and 1 told me since they are in Network I would not have to do this & when I called back the other person told me they could request it?? I am confused.
