The transition from weight loss to maintenence? Now what?

I am getting pretty close to my goal weight now at one year post op & am curious how this transition has been for some of you already at this point. Does the weight loss just gradually stop on its own or did you adjust your diet? The last couple months I only lost about 4 or 5 pounds each, but again this month I've lost 10 pounds so far in April. I still want to lose another 15 pounds or so, but I'm beginning to hear that "you're getting so thin" stuff. I haven't seen much on this subject & would appreciate hearing some of your experiences on this transition point. Is there really such a thing as life without a focus on weight loss possible?!?
