Has been approved by Oxford Freedom Plan lately? I

have a consult on May 15th 2001. I am so worried that I will be denied, or will have to fight them tooth and nail to have it covered. Also, what were the qualifications, and what was required by Oxford to approve? ( what kinds of tests, exams, etc.) All info will be greatly appreciated. This site is awesome! I am on here everyday getting info. ready for my Primary doctor and Insurance co. Thanks to everyone!
