Anyone having problems with adhesions and what do they feel like?

I'm 4 months post-op and feeling twinges of pain in my lower abdomen. Could these pangs be adhesions forming? I'm also plagued with abdominal gas a lot which usually goes away with a few Tums. Sometimes those little pains go away with the Tums as well. Anyone else have any problems like this?
