Has anyone had any experience with PHCS/GE Group Admin/Phoenix Group Services?

My insurance is PHCS/GE Group Administrators (Formerly known as Phoenix Group Services). I was wondering if anyone has had any experience with them on WLS and if so how were they ruled?
