Has anyone had a bad phych eval overturned?

I made a big mistake and went to a counseler how knew nothing about the surgery and he wasnt even a Doctor. I don't think he liked fat people. He never even told me what he had decided, just sent the letter to the surgen. BC/BS has denied me because. He said I only want to look better and could never stick to the diet. I made a appointment with a real Doctor for later this month ,One who deals with this surgery. Im going to have to pay for it myself and Im wondering if it worth it. Has anyone out there had a phych eval overturned? Nancy
