Since weight loss surgery does anyone have problems with sweating?

I am asking this question because I have noticed in the past couple months since my surgery that sometimes I will eat or drink something and then start sweating and sometimes it lasts awhile before it finally stops. Just wondering if anyone else has had this happen.
