NOT SURE WHICH YOGURT TO BUY

Yesterdsay when I went to the store I was looking at all the yogurts and all of the ones I saw had 12 and up grams of sugar. I really dont carry for yogurt but I hear so many of you eating this while in the puree stage too. I need to add a little spice here. I was also looking for the frozen yogurt like Ice Cream and I was so over whelmed as how high the sugar count is. I have honestly had to real sweets since Jan 14. And I try to keep the sugar grams at below 8. Please give me a sugguest of types to buy that has low sugar and that is good. Thanks,,,Jay Biller
