Does anyone know of a wl friendly pcp in IL?

My surgery date is Feb 26th. I live in Wheaton, IL and am having surgery in San Diego, CA. I am back home on Mar 8th and need a WLS-friendly PCP for when I come home. Does anyone have one they could recommend in the Wheaton, IL area? Thanks, Kim
