How will my weight loss/eating be affected after pregnancy?

I am 16 months post op (lap RNY with intestinal blockage requiring a second, open RNY 11 days later). I am now pregnant with twins (am 4.5 months along) and am able and encouraged to eat alot. I mean alot! Even ice cream, etc. I still get sick some of the time when I eat bread or sugar, but sometimes I can tolerate quite a bit of both without a problem. While I am glad my babies are getting enough nutrition (since that is an issue for us post-ops) I am scared about how being able to eat pretty much anything I want, anytime, will affect my weight loss AFTER the babies are born. I dont experience dumping syndrome like I did pre-pregnancy, not as often at least. I dont want my surgery to be "ruined" or build up tolerances to foods I should avoid. In other words, after the birth, will I still be able to eat like this and just gain all the weight back, or will my body adjust and the surgery be effective again? I am scared my surgery will have been in vain, that my stomach will stretch out, etc. Help!
