Has anyone had Dr. Higa in Fresno CA?

Hi - I am having surgery on 11/14/00. Dr. Higa is my surgeon. I would like to hear any experiences any of his patients had. Good or Bad. Also, I want to know what you thought about St. Agnes M.C. in Fresno, CA Thanks!
