Tummy tuck or breast reduction

I was wondering if anyone has been approved for a tummy tuck or breast reduction in concordance with wls? I have an apron now and feel pretty confident that when I lose weight after wls it will become really hangy,as well as, my breasts. I am a 42DD now and I am thinking they will be very saggy after wls. Any advice would be great.
