I have been unable to find the list of questions to ask my surgeon .

Does anyone have the list of pre-op questions for the surgeon.Also,at my first consult nothng was said about stopping my anti-depressant medicine or about having to lose weight before my surgery. I this unusual? Thanks [email protected]
