Exclusion and BCBS in Texas

You know like Ray stated it depends on your employer weather or not the WLs is excluded. Texas is no different than Los Angeles when it comes to BCBS and this surgery. I was told that it is a crap shoot 50/50 weather or not you get the approval from them here, but if there is an exclusion they do all they can not to pay.
